I really enjoyed this year's HOKU Awards because it showcased lots of young and up and coming talent:

Natalie Ai Kamauu
Aaron Sala
Holunape
Na Palapalai

And I like `Ale`a too. For the record, `Ale`a is still `Ale`a, just without Kale. If I'm not mistaken, they're looking for a new bassist. They are still the closest of friends but decided to pursue other projects. You can still catch Kale playing with Sean Na`auao.

For you Led Heads, Pilioha (I call em Uncle Led's protoges) plays every Wednesday at Aku Bone. You can usually catch Uncle Led and friends jamming on stage whenever he's in town.
