ENFJ type description by D.Keirsey: "The Idealists called Teachers are abstract in their thought and speech, cooperative in their style of achieving goals, and directive and extraverted in their interpersonal relations."
ENFJ type description by J. Butt: "ENFJs are the benevolent 'pedagogues' of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship. But it's usually not meant as manipulation -- ENFJs generally believe in their dreams, and see themselves as helpers and enablers, which they usually are."
I got CHARISMA!

I think I am broken and quirky and unusual, fun, kind, and understanding. Always growing and looking at the bigger picture.
I like people but not that much.
I can be bold, I used to be shy. I am opinionated, but I hate pushing it on people so I keep my trap shut.
??who knows.:D

According to Keirsey (for the rest see: http://keirsey.com/personality/ntej.html )
"Hardly more than two percent of the total population, the Fieldmarshals are bound to lead others, and from an early age they can be observed taking command of groups. In some cases, Fieldmarshals simply find themselves in charge of groups, and are mystified as to how this happened. But the reason is that Fieldmarshals have a strong natural urge to give structure and direction wherever they are -- to harness people in the field and to direct them to achieve distant goals. They resemble Supervisors in their tendency to establish plans for a task, enterprise, or organization, but Fieldmarshals search more for policy and goals than for regulations and procedures... For the Fieldmarshals, there must always be a goal-directed reason for doing anything, and people's feelings usually are not sufficient reason."
According to Butt: (for rest see http://typelogic.com/entj.html)
"ENTJs are decisive. They see what needs to be done, and frequently assign roles to their fellows. Few other types can equal their ability to remain resolute in conflict, sending the valiant (and often leading the charge) into the mouth of hell. When challenged, the ENTJ may by reflex become argumentative. Alternatively (s)he may unleash an icy gaze that serves notice: the ENTJ is not one to be trifled with. "

Tested as an ENTJ about 10 years ago. Apparently I am becoming more introverted as I grow older, as well as moving from Thinking to a more integrated Thinking/Feeling persona. Heh.
"Masterminds will adopt ideas only if they are useful, which is to say if they work efficiently toward accomplishing the Mastermind's well-defined goals. Natural leaders, Masterminds are not at all eager to take command of projects or groups, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead. Once in charge, however, Masterminds are the supreme pragmatists, seeing reality as a crucible for refining their strategies for goal-directed action. In a sense, Masterminds approach reality as they would a giant chess board, always seeking strategies that have a high payoff, and always devising contingency plans in case of error or adversity. To the Mastermind, organizational structure and operational procedures are never arbitrary, never set in concrete, but are quite malleable and can be changed, improved, streamlined. In their drive for efficient action, Masterminds are the most open-minded of all the types. No idea is too far-fetched to be entertained-if it is useful. Masterminds are natural brainstormers, always open to new concepts and, in fact, aggressively seeking them. They are also alert to the consequences of applying new ideas or positions. Theories which cannot be made to work are quickly discarded by the Masterminds. On the other hand, Masterminds can be quite ruthless in implementing effective ideas, seldom counting personal cost in terms of time and energy."
I can dig it.

You are:

moderately expressed thinking personality

Mastermind Rational "They are rather rare, comprising no more than, say, one percent of the population"
The funny thing is that ive taken this test over the years and ive gone from ISFJ (1999) to NF/Idealist (2000-2003) to INTJ.
When I first took it, a group of friends had all taken it and they were all INTJ's and INFP's. I've had another message board I used to frequesnt take it and everyone also fell into 2 categories. I guess it goes to show like people hang together.

There are a few of us INTJ's here - myself, Hellbent, pua'i mana'o, Mike Lowery and doc1456. It must be that introverted element that brings us to an online forum which is a somewhat removed social interaction...hummmm.
