You heard right, if Nicolas Cage gets his way with mega producer Avi Arad, Eva Mendes will get to wear green paint and a very small bikini as She-Hulk.
ImageToday during the press junket for Ghost Rider, Nicolas Cage revealed to a surprised group of journalists that he is currently trying to get She-Hulk off the ground with Eva to star as the lead green she-monster.One can only hope.....:D The latino actress would be the perfect She-Hulk,both sexy and strong.

Wasn't the comic book originally titled "The Savage She-Hulk"?It became The Sensational She-Hulk in it's second release, The Sensational She-Hulk is more of a less serious book than a "superhero" comic ala Howard the Duck. If the movie is made that way like a dramady ,then it should be good.

eh. I liked "savage" better. "Sensational" makes her sound like a supermodel.

I guess you didn't read about the time the She-Hulk was subbing for the Thing in the Fantastic Four comics. This is was after the events in the Secert War (the Beyonder).
One issue tells the tale of the She-Hulk sunbathing on top of the Baxter Building, a helicopter buzzes the building and there is a photographer on board who is taking pictures of the She-Hulk, she notices this and starts to go after the helicopter. There is some sort of chase and somehow Johnny Storm (the Human Torch) gets involved in it and the two of them lose the helicopter in the New York skyline where there are a lot of helicopters flying around.
They return to the Baxter Building, check some records to reveal that the helicopter in question was hired by an adult magazine (similar to something like Huster or Penthouse).
She then visits the office of this magazine in her civilian identity which happens to be a lawyer named Jessica Walters. Saying that she represents the She-Hulk (or the Fantastic Four), offers legal documents to block the publishing of the photos of the nude She-Hulk in the magazine. She and the publisher trade some issues and words about the first amendment, privicy issues, public access and other things. Finally the publisher points to this free standing safe and says something to the effect that he will publish the photos because he was already been paid for the work and the issue will come out since it is at the printers and the money is in the safe and there is nothing she can do about it.
Jessica then turns into the She-Hulk, the publisher is all freaked about this as the She-Hulk goes to the safe and lifts it from the floor. The publisher says she can't take the money, because it's his legally and she responds by saying that wasn't her intention and starts to crush the safe into a ball and then leaving it on the floor with the effect of him still having the money but denying access to it.
Sometime later the magazine hits the newstands and Johnny Storm brings home a copy for her to see. While initially she is not to happy about it it turns out the printer was not told of the green skinned woman in the photo and made a color correction to it (Johnny makes a reference to Star Trek where a similar thing happen in the past). Since there was nothing to indicated to the size of the woman it just seemed just another nude woman in the magazine.

Well she can play Jennifer and then do a CGI morph to She-Hullk, like they did for Eric Bana for the Hulk movie.

wow kind of impressed with your comic book knowledge.
At the time, I hated Byrne for replacing "It's Clobberin Time" with a chick, even if she was hot, green and had nice hair.
Looking back now though, the guy was ahead of his time. Bryne kicked so much ass his books are still so hard to put down once you start reading.

Yeah I thought about that too. But the first CGI Hulk was very disappointing. Maybe the technology improved but I have very little expectation of being impressed with it.

If they do it as good as Gollum...I'll be impressed
