I just watched a couple of episodes of Rules of Engagement (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0790772/) via the CBS (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/rules_of_engagement/) Innertube option.
This works for me since it normally airs on Monday night at 8:30 pm (HST) which is the same time as Heroes (http://www.hawaiithreads.com/showthread.php?t=9762) on NBC airs.
I don't think the series is crap but I don't think it's all that great either.
