What do you guys think so far? I didn't even realize it was back on and had to go watch back-episodes on their web site. :o Kinda sucks 'cause they have a gigantic banner showing who got voted out, so you lose any sort of suspense.

I know only two episodes have aired so far, but it hasn't really been interesting so far. Just...meh.
I wonder what kind of twists they'll have this season?

I like the fact that it's more racially even than in the past, looks like they just used the leftovers from Survivor 13.

They have all the these survivor shows in polynesia.....yet I don't think they have had a single polynesian on the show.

I believe you have to be a US citizen to apply to be on Survivor.

They have all the these survivor shows in polynesia.....yet I don't think they have had a single polynesian on the show. How entertaining would it be to see if a Polynesian could "survive" in Polynesia?;) I think this is the first time I've seen a survivor,Yau-Man, actually know the best way to dehusk a coconut. He's from Borneo.

And on the same team that managed to create fire using their glasses, after not getting their flint over and over... the looks on the faces of Jeff and the other tribe were pretty priceless.

Not surprising there have been no posts to this thread in a while.
The last few shows have been depressing with the "underdog" tribe starving and losing all competitions.
The last show had an immunity competition that tried to even things out with less physical requirements. The underdogs had a great opportunity and ability to win but could not pull through.
The previews for the next episode show some kind of tribe shake-up, I guess the PTB saw the obvious need for rescue as the one tribe was going down fast in a bad way.
I will watch one more time... :(

they are trying to set the underdogs up for a chance to win.
the "underdogs" from the last survivor made for great drama and tv. they're trying recreate that same magic formula.
