Subdomain or directory for your blog?

Just a quick poll. I'm slowly trying to get ready to launch v2 of my bloghosting site, and I'm curious which style urls people prefer sub directory or subdomain. your input would be appreciated.

3 to zero so far. Kind of thought it would tilt that way. I'm already kicking myself for some of the hard coding I did back in the beginning. Never hard code anything that has even the slightest chance of changing. Always set it as a variable. Just one of those lessons you got to learn from experience before it sinks in.

If it was a singular site I would, but the intent of the site is to host blogs (think blogger). :D so each user needs an url to call their own.

Well 6 to nothing was good enough for me 808blogs uses subdomains for user blogs now :D
