bought one for my brother in law for X-mas ..said it's better than apples..me personally i have the one that's $200 cheaper ..lol

I've heard secondhand that someone I know owns a Zune, but I'm not sure, and she's probably ashamed to tell me directly, so I answered "no" to your poll.

I saw A guy on a plane with one. It actually didn't look that bad. I personally won't judge it until I try it. I think half the reason it's getting such a bad rep is all the apple zealots are upset because it's a copycat of their beloved ipods. I know you guys are joking but it got an 8/10 on cnet, it can't be that bad. Can it?

i heard it isnt that bad, but the crippling DRM makes the 'social' aspect (3 plays or 3 days?) and unable to share that same shared song again isnt very socialable.

It's a Microsoft product...pretty soon there will be a hack for it and you'll be able to play virtually anything on it anyway...it's the MS way.:D
