Honolulu Pops 07-08 Schedule

Wow Three Dog Night (minus Chuck Negron of course) is the opener with the $ Tops (Levi Stubbs!!) in December and Burt Bacharach in January with more to be booked soon!

I gotta be honest. This year's Pops season does not look anywhere near as interesting as in past years. There's nobody here quite on par with Pat Benatar, Elvis Costello, or Diana Krall. I still love the Pops, and Matt Catingub especially, but I see nothing here to get excited about.

Well when the 4 Tops are one of your all time favorite music groups everyone else pales in comparison to them and it sort of makes your day. I'm also pleased with Three Dog Night two of the original members of the three are still intact and also sang some of their hit songs, I've seen Bacharach before and wouldnt mind seeing him again.

I was not impressed with Pat Benetar's concert, they did not do alot of her hit songs.
