I am looking for this cell phone : Samsung t319

I can't get them through Tmobile at all :( , I even asked. The only way this phone can be retrieved, is as if I am a new customer, & they don't have this phone at all as an upgrade :( .
Is there any store here on Oahu that would be willing to sell it at a cheaper rate?? I know I can probably get it through the internet somehow, but I really don't want to, unless I have to.
