Krung Thai reopened!

The Krung Thai folks reopened their restaurant in a new location downtown. It's under the name "Wong Mart" on King Street between Nuuanu and Smith, same side of the street as Hawaii National Bank. Apparently, the lady who works there was really really sick and went back to Thailand for a while forcing them to sell their old restaurant to someone else. I ate there today, and had some tasty and inexpensive thai food!

I saw that yesterday and wondered if it really was the same food/people because the sign said something like "Krung Thai Style". Yay! I'm glad they re-opened.

we went there the other day, work on the same block, but on Nuuanu...I didn't think it was good at all. The lemon chicken looked like the sauce was made from a powder mix. I don't think this place is going to last.
