Pinwheels for Prevention...of what?

Anybody know the story behind the Pinwheels for Prevention display on King Street? Prevention of what? Some sort of disease? Does it have to do with safety?

Thanks for asking. I saw them while driving and wondered what was up with that. They all came down a few days ago.
