What are some after school programs that serve Marshallese youth?

I'm trying to develop a program for Marshallese youth on Kauai. I'm aiming to help them "assimilate" into local culture without losing their identity.

Is there anything on Oahu? I'm looking to model something after existing programs and adapt it for here--I don't wanna reinvent the wheel.

I would think some of the churches in communities that serve them would be a great place to start.
