Hi everyone!
My husband and I recently found out we'll be going to Hawaii for his first duty station (Hickam here we come) and I'm very excited make the move, to say the least. I've only been to Maui before, but I absolutely fell in love with it and hated to leave.
Currently, I reside in Fairbanks, Alaska where we claim the northern most Denny's and it's a cozy 46 degrees this morning :rolleyes: - if the sun comes out between those menacing gray clouds today, i might start dancing. Luckily, on the 5th I'll be making a temporary move to Texas until we go to Hawaii in December. Don't get me wrong, Alaska is beautiful (when it's not 58 below), i just prefer warm weather, the beach and the sun. What can I say? It makes me happy:D I'm absolutely thrilled to be moving there - I can't wait to enjoy everything Hawaii has to offer.
