I felt the exact same way. The parts that actually were exciting, did a decent job. But I think they were trying too hard to prove that Tom Cruise's character wasn't really a bad guy bad buy. Just someone who made the best of what he had and it ended up him being a professional killer. bleah...

BTW, are you also on FH and went to Rach's BBQ last month? If so, howzit!

Saw it on Friday night. It was an okay movie, the only thing techincally I could wonder about was the beginning, the way it was shot, the starting credits could have been shown but it wasn't.

Anyway it was decent action movie.
