I wonder how bad the vog gets on Big Island in Glenwood or Mountain View, Puna area?

I'm not sure, but I suppose it is not as bad as the West [Kona] Side of the big island.

I've explored google a lot today! Unfortunately I didn't find the exact info. I read that the winds blow mostly from east, so they send vog rather towards Kona rather than Hilo.
But I really need to know how but it can get in Glenwood, Fern Forest. And when there is vog, if it's very bad.

Vog is bad depending on which way the wind if blowing. I know nothing about the Glenwood area, but on certain days it gets bad in Honokaa (very far away from Glenwood) which causes people with allergies to get sicker than normal. Kona is the worst place since it seems to be always shrouded in the voggy haze.
            I'm still here. Are you?
