CCN reported about a woman (http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/science/12/23/gen.us.clonedcat.ap/index.html) who paid $50,000 to have her cat cloned.

What I found laughable was the name of the company that did the work which calls themselves Genetic Savings and Clone.

And they're calling their first year of operation the Nine Lives Extravaganza (http://www.savingsandclone.com/services/9lives.html). Who says scientists can't be funny?
