Parasaling accident

I am looking for some information on a parasaling accident last Thursday, January 6 over by the Makapuu Lighthouse. Someone hit the cliffs and slid down. I need to know where they were from. I can't seem to locate it in the newspapers, but I did hear it on the news last week when we were in Hawaii. Thanks

The only mentions I can find is this Star-Bulletin police blotter entry (http://starbulletin.com/2005/01/07/news/index.html) and this KITV 4 News piece (http://www.thehawaiichannel.com/news/4062373/detail.html). No mention of where the paraglider was from.
