Thanks to TiVo, I don't really know what day what show is on or when. Of course, with some shows like Law & Order, they're all over the schedule, several times a day, anyway!
For crime/drama, I like Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent (no SVU), CSI, CSI Miami (no NY), Monk (Tony Shalhoub!), West Wing (now that earlier episodes are in reruns), NYPD Blue (ditto), and of course Lost.
For comedy, I like Whose Line Is It Anyway, Seinfeld reruns, Arrested Development, Letterman (on occasion), Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Scrubs...
I also watch a lot of news programming (except FOX), "true crime" shows, random stuff like Mythbusters and Airline, and the odd "we were so weird back then" retrospective on VH1. And, finally, there's a lot of kids stuff on our TiVo, like Lazytown and HI-5 and Sesame Street and Spongebob and...
BTW, I'm not a fan of reality TV, and don't watch American Idol (except last year). I do wish I had the time and energy to follow Amazing Race, though, which has been interesting.

My VCR (not yet in the income bracket for the DVR) is set to record:
Law & Order -- all flavors
Desperate Housewives -- I so called the whole twist with Andrew Van de Camp during the dinner scene discussion about the errant condom!
Gilmore Girls -- This season has be hanging off my seat
Good Eats -- Man, has Alton Brown been wacky with the new episodes
The West Wing -- More out of curiosity than actual like; WTF, Wells?
