I just moved here from Mississippi, and I guess I'd be classified as a junior in college (even though I'm taking the semester off due to some unfortunate circumstances). I'm looking to finish my Business Administration degree, and was wondering where I should look into going? I know of UH, but just wanted to make sure I should check elsewhere, I didn't realize how much there was on the island till I got here lol.

Also, anyone know how I'd go about enrolling?

Thanks,

-Will :)

Try HPU. They supposedly have a good Business Admin program. They're not cheap though.

Much obliged..................but when you say "not cheap", what price range am I looking at per semester? That just didn't sound good lol.

Thanks again,

Er, why not go to the horse's mouth itself?

It's cheaper than mainland private schools, but it ain't cheap. I paid $1,000/semester back in 1978-1979.

I should add that as far as I know nobody pays full rate; there's financial aid available (I worked in the Registrar's office as a VA Work-Study student myself).

if it's anything like Chaminade (and I believe it is), HPU can run upwards of about $6800 per semester. Much higher than UH's $1600 but then you get what you pay for.

One thing I noticed about UH is that it's pretty much policy driven whereas you fit their mold or go nowhere. Chaminade on the other hand is more flexable on their policies and in most instances will give you the benefit of the doubt if you turn in your work late (case by case). Yes it's more expensive however you won't be spinning your wheels trying to muddle thru the UH process.

You do indeed (or did, anyway) get what you pay for at HPU. I had a senior-level course in Int'l Business with six people in the class, and it was taught by the Dean of the school. Which isn't to say that still happens now, but it may.
