A reply I made in another forum

to me that sounds like the first step. You are aware you are dreaming. Now when you are thinking about it while your awake tell your self the next time I'm in my dreamworld I'm going to.....Thats when the fun starts. For years I just did my favorite things wich were flying and making love to women. At one point though I started to tell myself the next time I'm in my dreamworld I want to try to meet God.Sure enough I remebered what I wanted to do while dreaming and when the thought came "Oh ya I want to meet God" at the mention of the word God in my dream everything vibrated earth ,sky,me everything and the feeling of being part of everything by feeling it all vibrate in unison was remarkable. It was simple, unexpected and for me profound

Anyone else have them? If so tell us about em

Every time I watch Gladiator," I dream of Russell Crowe. Oooolala! Tonight, I watched "Brilliant Mind." I look forward seeing him tonight in my dreams in Nanu Nanu Land! Gosh, he is one hunk of a MAN!

Other than that...I choose my dreams and have Angels visit me often.

lol 1stwahine I have no idea what turns dear Mr.Crowe on but I do know how to get me wifes goat :D
thx shaveice,so if you had to pick a movie hottie who would it be?
About mental illness I am an addict, diagnosed with cronic depression, diagnossed with severe ADHD and these so called bad things have as many good things to contribute to who I am.And after some study/work in natural and holistic medicine I have reduced my symptoms dramaticaly.Depression is gone and ADHD meds have been decreased 2/3's and I believe with a little more work I will not need them at all.Just making sure you are aware that doctors are not trained to heal only to despense drugs to treat symptons.
Bringing balance back to our body so it can heal itself is what natural therapy is all about, and the mind and body is incredably powerfull in curing any desease. Not saying that your drugs/diagnoses is wrong but curious if you have looked at natural theropies for your problems?

I wish it was simple with me. Currently I am in Hypermania according to my two doctors. (whack whacks) Taking 4 500 long lasting release Dapakotes and 2 450 mg. Lithium plus 3 nortriptyline 10 mg. I still am in a hyper manic stage. I look and feel like a mess! Hey, wat is this thread? Ooops we better discuss this somewhere else.

ya ya lucid dreams<---inserted for the good of the thread ;)

ok so you believe you are too deseased for natural theropy? Ok think of it as support to your western medicine solutions.Little things can do so much like making sure you get enough sunlight 1 hour per day,a brisk walk 1 hour per day, stop eating foods laced with chemicals by eating whole organic stuff, get a complete alergy screening (alergies can wack out your mind more than you think) Western medicine will only research drugs that can be patiened for huge prophits and many of these drugs have horrible side effects and "all"of them make your body do unnatural things.Your doctors oath prevents him from telling you many things that could work that do not use drugs so it's up to you to be your own advacate and take a little time to find out all the simple natural ways you can feel much better
I am not saying all of western medicene is bad it's just incomplete because it's main goal is to make a prophit so anything that does not make money is not promoted.Well maybe a little for every 100 drug comercials you may see one "exercise is a proven antidepression theropy" or the like

I'm interested in what you are saying. Hey, I'm the first to say I'm tired of being "Pupule!" The fact is, I am. My kids and family keep telling me, I'm not. I know for myself the truth. There is so much I can say and so much I won't. It doesn't matter. I have tried so much other so called "alternate" ways of trying to heal myself with no better from which I started. I drugged because I found it better than coping with Life's issues and my disease. I wanted to die and didn't care about anybody but myself. I have come a long way and I still hope that oneday I will be cured. Is it a possiblility? I hope and pray it is. To not be open to other alternatives and be stuck in what the doctors say...is giving in to it completely. I am a fighter. I'll never give up fighting for my sanity.

Thank you for your concern,
Auntie Lynn

note: I can imagine what is going thru some people's minds...the lady admits being whacko, she's delusional in thinking she a mom of three soldiers. Visit me at my blogg!

I hope your kids duty overseas ends soon and they come back happier and stronger people.Actualy I hope the war is just your delusion and is over as soon as they get the meds right ;)

I joke with my wife sometimes thinking that we have been thru such hell and life is so darn good today maybe I got hit by a bus and am on life support right now just dreaming this wonderfull life and if I am I hope I have real good health insurance so they don't pull the plug
Is reality what we see or what we think we see?

thank you in regards concerning my children. when my son was injured twice in Iraq I got worse. he returned with sharpnel imbedded in his chest. within six months he was sent to Afganistan. I how wish it was so simple as the war being finished when i stop having delusions when the meds get right. alas, it is real. my reality and yours may not be the same...it doesn't matter. we still can rationalize and know the difference between right and wrong. i enjoy what i see and what i know that others can't see but me!

I got into reading all those Carlos Castaneda books out there.. during that time of heavy reading his stuff I started having A LOT of lucid dreams at night.

Kinda weird.. I never have them anymore.. just during that time all the time.

Agreed.. they really make you view reality in a totally different way for awhile when you are reading them.

My dreams were really wild then. I also began to control a lot more of my dreaming, and recognize when I was in a dream and try to manipulate what was happening. Can't do it anymore, but those Castaneda books challenge your mind like that all the time.
