another idjit endangers his child by leaving the infant in the car while he goes shopping.
When WILL they crack down on these clueless crackheads who have no sense of basic parental resonsibilities?

They should tack kidnapping onto any other charges againt them.

Points to ponder: Why do we need a marriage license in order to be legally tied to someone, but we don't need licenses or certifications to be parents? Why do some people treat their pets better than their kids? :confused:
