When you go to write your post, look down at the extra section below the milie lit. Go to the one that says attach files.
Click on the 'Manage Attachments' button, it'll open a little window that'll let you use the 'browse' button to search your hard drive for a file or a picture.
Find the picture you want to put in the post, click on the file name and it'll put it in place, then click the 'upload' button. Make sure that the picture is a little less than 100 kilo-bytes though or it'll reject it and say it's too big.

Testing my "It" picture. :p
Auntie Lynn
It didn't reject it. The picture has Bmp at the end. Should it have jpg instead?
Hmmm, I did that. Still rejecting my drawing. Never mind. I give up.

These are the file formats it'll take for a picture:
bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd
Did it say anything right at the top of the box right up above the brown 'upload file'? My first try came up with this for being to large:
cougar-1.jpg:
File Too Large. Limit for this filetype is 100.0 KB. Your file is 229.9 KB.
You know it's uploaded when your green band has a red section in it.

I used to draw lot of cartoons back in the 70s. Here's one about the Waiahole-Waikane development debate from back then:

Here's a drawing done by Kid 2 when she was just 3 years old. It's me surfing with Kid 1 and Kid 2. I am such a proud momma!

I guess I better actually upload the drawing! I've got another one, too, if you all don't mind?

Lavagal, I love it! Little kid drawings are the best. I'll have to go dig around for some as well, or see what I have that I've done in the past. Great! Post more. :D

I think it might be because the image upload might just only pick the first frame of an animation.
Try putting it up on your site and then link it here using the [img] tags.

Beautiful work, Peshkwe! I love it. ;)
Thanks :)
I've always drawn better than write ever since I could remember because of dyslexia. I've learned to work it out now but when I was little things I wrote sorta looked like hiroglyphics LOL!
Meh...the spelling skills still bite royally :p

I have several old pictures created with MacPaint on old floppies, an archive CD and on one of my websites. (http://www.headgap.com/~macstar/macpaint/index.html) Here's one of them:

Hmm. If kids' art fits, then here's a watercolor my daughter did in January 2002, when she was three:

I've missed scanning a lot of their art lately, come to think of it. Must catch up.

pzarquon your daughter's got an excellent natural sense of color and flow goin on. Try to help her retain that and not let it get knocked out of her by art teachers who are locked into the 'rules' of form and function. Learning the rules of art is important until they become 'der ruhls' and suppress the spark of creativity.

Queen Lili`uokalani?
Nice try. It's the Queen Consort Kapi`olani (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kapiolani_Park).

My Buddy James and I would draw on the back of POGS occasionally. Here's some of mine. The earliest is from '93. I wrote it on the back. Pretty funny stuff. All were done over a few beers! :D
