Hi!

Just a quick rundown of my problem. Whenever I visit a webpage with a video embedded into the page, the video never plays.

I'm using Internet Explorer. The player for the video loads into the page, but I can never play the video itself. The video never buffers, although the player always reads 'Ready' at the bottom. (and pressing play never does anything)

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can correct this?

What console is the video playing in, i.e. Windows Media, Real... Also, another thing you could try is to right click the link to the video and click Save-as. Then go to whever you saved it and right click on it and click open with: Windows or real, etc. (whichever is your favorite).

Or if you can't find the link, then you can view the page source, and either manually find the video (by a .wmv, .qov, or .mpg extension) or use the find option to search for it, then copy and paste that link into the url field and download it that way.

Did you install the plugins for IE to play video?
