I went to a Navy reunion in San Diego last year and we had lunch at Bali Hai: http://www.balihairestaurant.com/ Great memories of that place! Many moons ago I was First Mate on a 90' schooner and we anchored right in front of Bali Hai for a couple of weeks, preparing to sail on south of the border. Pretty good food, spectacular views, and a fun, if touristy, Polynesian Review led by a guy named Kimo. (Not Kimo55, just... Kimo.) Every night we'd dinghy in to Bali Hai for some R&R, and I said we needed our Kimo Therapy. (Yeah, terrible pun, but I was young. And the Bali Hai decided to use that line in their marketing.) Glad to see that the restaurant is still there.
By the way, when you go to that website put your cursor on top of the tiki in the upper right corner, leave it there for 10 seconds, and watch what happens. Cute. Then click on it.
