Ah, that would be the USARPS League (http://www.usarps.com/site/index.php). The Vegas event (http://www.usarps.com/site/index.php/vegas-info/) is actually their first championship event. They're considered the young upstart group compared to the World RPS Society (http://www.worldrps.com/). There's a playful rivalry between the two groups.

I wonder if there's a Hawaii chapter of either... and if not, why not? We'd kick butt!
