Anybody know of a good place to get a lau hala hat ; hand made in the real old style? Or a hat maker on O`ahu?

There's one lady from the Big Island (Linda Schweitzer [aka The Lauhala Lady (http://www.hawaiibid.com/lauhalaladyproducts/)]) who apparently sells handwoven lauhala articles. She must be pretty good as a fiber artist, because her stuff is shown and sold at Na Mea Books at Ward Centre. I dunno where all the old kupunas are who used to weave the hats at the airport, though. You might also write to the Bishop Museum and see if they have a list of kupuna who still weave lauhala.
