Reputable air conditioning company

As part of my condo redo I want to purchase and have installed a window air conditioner. Have any of you dealt with companies you'd like to recommend? Installation will need to be according to condo by-laws. It's a bonus if the company doesn't feel their reps need a passport and per diem to travel to Makaha! :D
