Maybe by the time you move to Maui, housing prices will have come down enough so that you can afford someplace to live. :(

True, it's bad in california too. We settle for an aprtment or a condo :)

Just to give you an idea of how bad the market is, there is a new development going up here on Oahu, and people are lining up two weeks in advance to pay $600K for a condo that has not even been built yet.
