Mahalo all, Uncle was a really cool guy.

Blaine, deepest sympathies to your ohana.

My grandfather was good buddies and coworker with Ernest's brother, Herman. They worked as diesel mechanics for Glover Contracting on the big isle.

Oh, wait. There are TWO Herman Fergerstroms. I think you're talking about the other one. He's up in Waimea, I believe. He's my dad's cousin.

But Herman, Ernest's brother, is my dad.
