It is interesting that both of these speed tests, only the UH one shows
my true speed. Both are approximately about 6 hops away due to
HIX (http://www.hawaii-ix.org/)

** Speed 1135(down)/734(up) kbps -LavaNet
running 10s outbound test (client to server) . . . . . 738.19Kb/s
running 10s inbound test (server to client) . . . . . . 2.88Mb/s -UH

I'm guessing maybe the UH one has more bandwidth allocated for this
that the LavaNet one ? But truthfully ever since HawTel hooked to HIX
the speed disparity is strange. It made more sense when to local sites
required a round robin to the mainland.
