I agree this is not even close to being a solution but being a lifetime Kalihi-Palama resident this is really unacceptable and we who live in this area have "accepted" a lot. BTW the fence will run...

I think it's a good idea if it will prevent them from trashing and using the Kapalama Canal as a restroom. I don't have a problem with the people "camping" there if they would at least keep it clean.

It depends on how wide the parking lane is, narrow I back in, easier to get out, wide doesn't make a difference. What my pet peeve is are the people who park crooked, or partially into the next...

I was born in 1947 and as far as I can remember there were rubbah slippahs, similar to the "Locals" style. Also popular were the tatami mat style zori's and the leather cross" slippers. I didn't...
