    Sunday, May 20, about 3pm we get a partial eclipse.

    Sat May 26 is a Lahaina Noon, 12:28 in Honolulu.

      The big event coming up for astronomers is the Transit of Venus on June 5.

      The IfA and other local astronomy groups are planning a number of special events around it. We're going to feature it on our HPR show on Wednesday, May 23 at 5 p.m. Stargazers, call in with your questions and comments!

                The best shot I got of the 'super moon' tonight.
                Then had to be artsy with it to make the shot work.


                All I messed with is Contrast, Brightness, and Saturation.
