      Edit for dark berries.

Good adds, 'balk, salmon is crazy good for you.
Interesting quasi-debate about the legitimacy of recent Omega 3 tests, some saying it's showing cancer 'possibilities' is shibai and geared against citizens best interests for special interests.

Tumeric is another new hottie, but I'm still on the fence about bee pollen, anybody got the skinny?

The issue I have with juicing is it removes all that healthy fiber. I switched back to green smoothies. That said, juicing is certainly mega times better than fiberless and sugar and chemical laden sodas and commercial (pseudo) juice drinks.

I think that is not exactly true, at least if you mean "fiber" in the dietary sense of "indigestible plant stuff":
The term "fiber" is something of a misnomer, since many types of so-called dietary fiber are not actually fibrous.

Don't most blenders allow for a more fiberous texture?
And then there's the danger of a rouge corn flake getting lodged in your colon and turning cancerous black if you get crazy with the fiber...

I'm referring to any fiber that's left in the pulp after juicing.

Absolutely...hence my statement, "I switched back to green smoothies". Blenders are used for making smoothies.

Pheeeeew! I'm safe. I don't eat corn flakes!

BTW...my fave juice combo is apple/carrot/beet. It's just not the same in a smoothie...a texture issue for me.

I've noticed the new trend in smoothies is to add Greek yogurt, just google for the multitude or experiment for something exciting.
