Does anyone have a recommendation for an antenna product (or style or brand) that will be connected to a TV to receive the various Oahu stations?
I live really kind of close to KHON and KITV's broadcast antenna but I have no idea on KGMB, KHNL and KVFE are but I suspect they might be in the 20 to 50 mile range from KHON and KITV. I am not ditching my Spectrum service but rather I want to get a 2nd TV and have that unit use the over the air stations. |

It does as far where Oahu's TV broadcast antennas are located.
However the site sort of deals with outdoor antennas as opposed to dealing with indoor antennas. |

Picked up a Philips HD Crystal Amplified Antenna from Target on Friday (11/22/19) night. The box says it has a 50 mile range and cost about $28.
It has an A/C power adapter and 6 foot coax cable to connect it to the TV. Initially I was able to get 16 channels but after a couple of days redoing the channel scanning I am at 14 channels which are currently KHON, KITV, KWHE and KBFD. Anyway here is a link to the product which goes to YouTube. |
