Mel, I know you're a Mac guy, but have you ever seen one of the default screen savers for Windows XP? It looks just like that!

Your shot looks like it was taken at Kaka'ako Park. Love the cloud shadows!

The photo was taken below one of the hills at Kakaako Waterfront Park.

The Windows XP desktop is nice though the remote control thing reminded me of a huge spaceship getting ready to land there.

Yep, they were nice shots from Tattrat. And LL, you'll see virtually that same shot of Rabbit Island when you watch your tape of Extreme Makeover from last night. The luau to celebrate end of construction was held at Sea Life Park, and Rabbit Island is prominent in many of the scenes.
I'm guessing that like me, your first thought at the mention of Rabbit Island is Gabby Pahinui. I assume you have his "Rabbit Island Music Festival" CD...

I would like to offer my apologies to 1stwahine for comments I made about her photo.

I would also like to extend those apologies to include the entire thread as it was, indeed, considered inappropriate.

Unfortunately, this had to be "shown" to me because I had no other intent than offering a flippant carcturization on a hotly debated issue.

In the future, I will make it a point to give greater consideration to the "sensitive" nature of such topics, and attempt to tread more lightly
