Remember this early 1990s game show, hosted by Brock Whaley? Local high schools were pitted against each other.

    See here for video. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ncIaijrPeAA)

What was the game show Kirk Matthews hosted years ago I think when he first came to Hawaii and was at KGMB.

That was one of my favorite shows!

I always wanted to be on Quizzard, but it stopped airing by the time I got to high school.

I was cleaning out my closet a few weeks ago and found some old Quizzard pencils. They were hot pink.
        Tessie, "Nuf Ced" McGreevey shouted
We're not here to mess around
Boston, you know we love you madly
Hear the crowd roar to your sound
Don't blame us if we ever doubt you
You know we couldn't live without you
Tessie, you are the only only only

Kirk (along with Karen Keawehawai'i) hosted that bingo game show on KGMB. If I remember right, you had to get your bingo cards from Times Supermarkets.

How many folks here remember the horse race show hosted by Jimmy Borges? That one was sponsored by Safeway.

Remember some of the things that went with certain numbers?

B1, B4. Where there any others?

B-4, Before you call make sure you get all da numbahs!

I think O-64, B-9 were a few more. Times Supermarket was the place to pickup your weekly bingo cards and of course home of the "Price Cutter cards".
