This network is being started by filmaker Edgy Lee. She gave a presentation about the network to a group I belong to, earlier this year. She is really enthusiastic about it and has big hopes for its future. Hopefully local folks (or homesick locals outside the islands) will support it. $35 isn't that much - less than $3 a month.

I wonder why they & Oceanic haven't arranged a digital channel like Ocean Network. Maybe not enough revenue yet.
