I barbecued some P-sausage today, as part of my dinner. I HATE it when, a few hours later, you burp and some of that sausage comes back up.

You get reflux often, ML? If it's just once in a while, the over-the-counter stuff is good these days; but if you've gotten it a lot, you could have some esophogeal damage - which can lead to an increased risk of cancer.
If just an occasional thing, try using o-t-c Prilosec; if it's been long-term, get yourself an upper endoscopy & start regular treatment. I had bad reflux for about seven years before I got it under control - made quite a difference.

I like the cocoa and cream Tums, but they are soo good it's like candy....Have to hide em from the hubby or he eats em all!Since when is psycho a bad thing??
