  • Oakland Raiders practice stopped due to unknown substance

    Oakland, CA. September 22, 2006.
Several sports news websites are reporting that Raiders practice was stopped this afternoon because of an unknown white powdery substance on the field. Head Coach Art Shell stopped practice immediately and contacted authorities. After complete analysis, FBI forensic experts concluded the white powdery substance was actually the goal line. The Raiders then resumed practice.

Yeah, yeah. We'll see who's laughing come next spring when the Raiders get the first draft pick.

Nah they'll probably trade that pick to ESPN to get Joe Theismann.

          People, people........

Season is young, had a glimpse of the future last week when Brooks got a boo-boo, defense is good and will just get better when they spend less time on the field.

In unrelated news, the Ramones reform as a boy band.

Randy Moss and Dante Ditrapano had managed to snort 30 yards of the goal line before agents arrived.
