Male PMS

so I often describe myself as having a male version of PMS at times...

thought I would look it up and the "urban" dictionary seemed to best fit my version of male pms.

1. The male equivalent of the irritability and general pissiness which often accompanies the natural female pre-menstrual syndrome. No known cause or cure.
2. When a guy is in a bad mood for no reason about once a month. The cause is unknown but the simptoms are yelling, making threats, ignoring people and throughing things.

My husband claims Male PMS also...and it occurs on the same days as mine...

So when I am mad at him and getting to yelling point, he will tell me "gosh I am so grumpy today I think I am having PMS!"

And I am such a sap I giggle every time.

I have quite a few male co-workers and I must say YES there is such a thing as male PMS! Somedays they are just so damn grouchy. But that's ok because I have my grouchy days too!! LOL

Not so sure about the male PMS thingie but I've seen to many examples of male menopause...aka, mid-life crises!
