      Here goes...

Kahealani isn't the slack key player.

      Kaipo isn't the ukulele player.

Mokihana isn't the bass player. And since he's the youngest, he's not the ukulele player. So he must be the slack key player.

If the ukulele player is older than Kaipo, that leaves Kahealani to be the ukulele player.

      So my answers are:

      Slack Key: Mokihana
      Bass: Kaipo
      Ukulele: Kahealani

      Did I get it?

X2 That was my logic as well.

Spock was captured by the Klingons. They told him he could say one last thing. If he lied, he would be stoned to death. If he told the truth, he would be stabbed to death.

            What did Spock say?

I remember this one but can't remember the answer, it was so insanely logical though.

I worked it out before looking at other responses, but Palolo Joe has the logic exactly right: the "not that instrument" facts, followed by the age lineup, reveal the answer.

Ahhh I would have just looked at the album liner notes instead.

Now, that just makes too much sense!

                      Let's see...Brittni Paiva just turned 18, so she's the youngest...her middle name is "Kahealani," so that's the `ukulele player... ... ...

The liner notes from what album? I don't get it. And what would they tell you about the problem? I'm not following you there.

He's joking. There's a grinning-face smiley at the end of his sentence.

Oh, now I see where he's going. But she also plays bass and kai ho'alu... so I would rather figure it out from the clues if someone else had written it.
