i just did my measurments with my trainer yesterday.
in 4 weeks i lost 4 pounds of fat. FAT! they have this way to measure how much your fat weighs.... and i lost 4 pounds of it!
i'm so excited.
what am i doing? tracking my meals on fitday.com, drinking half my body weight in oz of water (peeing a lot) and doing cardio 3x week for like 30 min. it's easy with the right music on that elliptical trainer thing. the only hard part? douchebag guys in the gym that think it's ok to oogle the women. boooo.
so ya. just wanted to share. FOUR POUNDS OF FAT! i'm sooo gonna be supermodel on my birthday.
