While 12 people may seem like a piddly number, on the island of Lanai, where jobs are scarce anyway, this could have some major repercussions for that little community. C&C said there were actually 37 people affected by this restructure, but apparently 15 of them will be transferring to Honolulu to work in their offices there. Hopefully work can be found on Lanai for the 12 who won't have jobs.
