Garage and wall advertising company??

Hi,
I'm trying to find out the web address or the name of the company that promotes the advertisements in parking garages and walls inside restrooms, clubs, etc....

I saw the ads awhile back on TV and in the paper but can't find them around anymore.

Anyone know the name or URL of the company???
