What? The 10th Annual "Festival of Lights" Christmas Boat Parade
When? December 16th, 2006 (tonight!) starting at 5:30pm
Where? Hawaii Kai Marina, East Oahu, Hawaii
Who? The entire family
Why? Because there will be lots of boats lit up with lights and it's fun
Where's the best place to watch? Anywhere on the waterfront of Koko Marina, Hawaii Kai Towne Center or Hawaii Kai Shopping Center (or in your home if you live on the marina).
