I've been to the Waikiki Gyu-kaku several times. If you go in the evening past the Galleria, you can pick up the discount coupons from the Gyu-kaku guys standing on the sidewalk. Since I live in Waikiki, that's the one I go to. I've never been to the Kapiolani one. The two locations differ in their discounts, I believe.

I've always enjoyed my experience at the Waikiki location, though...sorry I can't compare it to the Kapiolani location.
