The "other" Hawaiian flag

Does anyone know the history and meaning behind the green and yellow Hawaiian flag? You know, the one that everyone has on their cars. I walked into a flag store the other day and asked the salesperson about it. He said that they checked with Bishop Museum and they know nothing about it. The salesperson went on to say that someone probably made it on their own, or its some kind of sovereignty flag. I already know about the yellow, black and purple Nation of Hawaii flag, but what about this other one? Aloha.
