How to create a poll?

I looked around, but can't figure out how to create a poll.

Click on "New Thread" in the forum of your choice...
scroll down almost to the end of the page to
"Post a Poll"

You need to create a thread first and before you save it you need to check on the option "Post a poll". This option is located below the edit window.

Helen and I have known each other for a long time...guess my jupiter aligned with her mars...or is it the other way around?
