Too bad corporal punishment is a crime. She should have her bony little butt whacked a few times in public. Maybe if her parents weren't so rich, she wouldn't have been so spoiled. And it's good that the judge told her that she can't weasel out of going to jail this time, and that her money won't be able to buy her a spot in a cushier jail to spend those 45 days. Will she change her behavior after all this? I bet not. It'll just teach her to be sneakier when she defies the law next time. A good public humiliation would probably do more good. And it would put LiLo, Nicole, Ashley, Britney et al on notice.

While I'm thinking that she'll receive the same or similar treatment Martha Stewart did, my hope is that she'll become some inmate's bitch while incarcerated those 45 days.

I will laugh my arse off if she leaves prison wearing a poncho someone knit for her.

I don't know...Martha Stewart did her time, and was way more respectful of the court. This judge seems to really be annoyed with hilton's contempt for the law.

She's now appealing to "Ahnold" to have her sentence commuted! bahahahaha!

Unfortunately, she may not serve much (if any time) in jail because the jail she's supposed to report to is overcrowded and the administrators say they have to keep her in isolation "for her protection".
