I've been fencing just over a year, and I still think it's amazing that there are 4 clubs on Oahu. Most people don't even know we exist

There is also a knife fencing sport that one of my ex-coworkers is trying to promote. He said he came up with the idea. It is done with something similar to a dagger, but I think it's made from a type of plastic. Seems fun. I think it's done at Palolo Hongwanji.Sing with me, everyone!

And there's also Japanese Fencing, A/k/A Kendo

Hawaii is the only state in USA with its own Kendo Federation, which existed prior to US Statehood, and possibly prior to the All US Kendo Federation.Comment
